HR Executive - Manufacturing Sector
A highly esteemed machinery manufacturing company located in Bangalore, with over 40 +years of proven track record, operating in 33 countries worldwide.
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and have 3 to 7 years of HR experience in the manufacturing sector, handling similar job responsibilities.
Only HR expereince in Manufacturing sectors are considered and NOT from IT / or ANY OTHER SECTORS will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain leave records.
- Update personal files.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including the issuance of standard operating procedures, offer letters, and appointment letters.
- File monthly appraisal forms for all employees.
- Manage exit formalities.
- Calculate monthly salaries and ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF and ESI filings.
- Maintain statutory documentation.
- Review contractor bills and monitor contract employees.
- Daily verification of biometric data and maintenance of the attendance register.

Preferred candidate profile
Seeking suitable candidates currently employed in the manufacturing or production sector. Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory, while working knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
Candidates residing in or around Bangalores Sanjay Nagar, RMV 2nd Stage, BEL New Road, Malleswaram, Vyalikaval, Gokula, Vidyaranyapuram, Mathikere or those willing to relocate to nearby areas are preferred.
