Human Resource Executive

Primary Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Create job descriptions, post job openings, and manage the applicant tracking system
• Conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and make job offers

Onboarding and Exit formalities:

• All onboarding and exit formalities.

• Employee Relations:

• Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee issues and concerns
• Maintain employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and discipline
• Handle the performance review process and provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees

Compensation and Benefits:

• Manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits

Must be proactive well versed with advance excel & word & good command on English language.
