This role focuses on day-to-day HSE operations, ensuring compliance with JLL and client standards, conducting inspections and audits, and promoting safe working practices among employees and contractors.< /p> < p> < b> Key Responsibilities< /b> < /p> < p> < b> Operational HSE Management< /b> < /p> < ul> < li> Support implementation of JLL and client HSE management systems and standards at site level< /li> < li> Conduct routine HSE inspections, audits, and workplace assessments< /li> < li> Assist in developing and updating site-specific risk assessments and method statements< /li> < li> Monitor contractor and vendor compliance with HSE requirements< /li> < li> Maintain HSE documentation, records, and registers in accordance with legal and client requirements< /li> < li> Support incident and accident investigations, documenting findings and corrective actions< /li> < /ul> < p> < b> Training Communication< /b> < /p> < ul> < li> Deliver HSE inductions and toolbox talks to employees and contractors< /li> < li> Support development and delivery of HSE training programs< /li> < li> Implement site-level HSE communication plans and awareness campaigns< /li> < li> Promote positive HSE culture through engagement and visible leadership< /li> < /ul> < p> < b> Compliance Reporting< /b> < /p> < ul> < li> Monitor compliance with current HSE legislation and inform management of changes< /li> < li> Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and management information< /li> < li> Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections< /li> < li> Track and report HSE performance metrics and KPIs< /li> < /ul> < p> < b> Continuous Improvement< /b> < /p> < ul> < li> Identify HSE improvement opportunities and support implementation of practical solutions< /li> < li> Participate in HSE committees and working groups< /li> < li> Support implementation of HSE technology platforms and data management tools< /li> < /ul> < p> < b> Qualifications Experience< /b> < /p> < p> < b> Essential Requirements< /b> < /p> < ul> < li> Minimum 3-5 years experience in HSE roles within facilities management, real estate, or related industries< /li> < li> Working knowledge of HSE management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 desirable)< /li> < li> Understanding of HSE regulatory requirements in India< /li> < li> Experience conducting HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments< /li> < li> Practical experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis< /li> < /ul> < p> < b> Skills Competencies< /b> < /p> < ul> < li> Good communication skills with ability to engage across all organizational levels< /li> < li> Proactive, energetic approach to safety management with demonstrated initiative< /li> < li> Ability to work independently and resolve issues on own initiative< /li> < li> Good organizational skills with ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines< /li> < li> Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications< /li> < li> Ability to prepare reports and management information< /li> < li> Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation< /li> < li> Team player with collaborative approach to problem-solving< /li> < /ul> < p> < b> Preferred Qualifications< /b> < /p> < ul> < li> Bachelors degree in Occupational Health Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field, ADIS.< /li> < li> Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) Not Mandatory< /li> < li> Internal audit certification as per ISO 45001, ISO 14001.< /li> < li> Experience working with multinational corporate clients,< /li> < li> Exposure to HSE technology platforms and digital tools< /li> < /ul> < p> Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48< /p>
