HRMS Application Developer / Full Stack Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and support the existing HRMS application.
• Analyze existing source code and implement new business requirements.
• Develop new modules and enhance existing functionalities.
• Fix application bugs and performance issues.
• Deploy application on Development, UAT, and Production servers.
• Manage application releases and version control.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements.
• Create technical documentation and deployment guides.
• Monitor application logs and server health.
• Ensure application security, authentication, and authorization.
• Optimize application performance and database queries.
• Perform backup and recovery activities.
• Provide end-user support and training whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise web application development.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with business users.
• Experience supporting ERP/HRMS applications will be an added advantage.
