Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for the company.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews with management.
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
• Understand manpower requirements for HVAC, AHU, VRF and project-based positions.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview status, selection, joining and documentation.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Manage multiple vacancies and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 12 years of experience in recruitment/hiring.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn or other recruitment/job portals will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Should be organized, proactive and target-oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
• Candidates with experience in recruitment for engineering, construction, HVAC or project-based companies will be preferred.
