Hr Recruitment Professional

Role & responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, ITES, Non-IT, BPO, International, and Healthcare hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Assess candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates until onboarding

Preferred candidate profile :

• 14 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in any of the following:
• IT Recruitment
• ITES/BPO Recruitment
• International Recruitment
• Non-IT Recruitment
• Healthcare Recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, or other job portals.
