Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process .
  
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and trends.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in using ATS software and similar tools.
