Responsible for end to end recruitment.
Sourcing & Screening of candidates from multiple sources i.e. Social Networking sites, Head Hunting, Cold Calling, Mapping, Recruitment Portals, databases, Mail Blasting, Employee References and Self- Data Bank etc.
Hands on in salary negotiations and recruitment process
Confident, self- motivated and demonstrate a passionate commitment towards the role
To ensure that recruitment and selection procedures/ practices meet the business needs
Searching Candidates as per the requirement of Company.
Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.
Salary: INR 1, 00, 000 - 2, 25, 000 P.A.
