• Experienced human resource professional proficient in handling BFSI
  Recruitment.
• Delivering on Senior Niche requirements of our clients. Selecting candidates from multiple sources i.e. Social Networking sites, Head Hunting, Cold Calling, Mapping, Job Portals, databases etc.
• Managed Hiring for Sales and Operations roles in AMCs, NBFCs, Private Banks, Investment Banks, KPOs.
• Ensuring client/customer satisfaction as well as coordinating with the client with an objective to maintain fruitful relationship and mine account for new roles.
• Foster long term relationship with mid and senior level candidates

• Experience of 3 6 Years in BFSI Recruitment.
• Minimum Bachelor s degree (Preferred MBA).
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully in teams and gel into Zalents work culture.
• 5 Days a Week working.
