Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement effective grievance handling processes to ensure fair treatment of employees.
- Design and deliver rewards and recognition programs to motivate staff performance and retention.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Drive Awareness of CoC Policy , run workshops and centrally track competition and closure of mandatory culture -related trainings.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, grievance handling, rewards & recognition (RNR) principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective conflict resolution and negotiation.
