Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Central Kitchen and Kitchen roles across India.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong database of relevant candidates.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
Candidate Requirements
- 3 -5 years of recruitment experience.
- Proven experience in hiring Central Kitchen/Kitchen roles.
- Mandatory experience in the QSR or Food & Beverage industry.
- Bakery hiring experience will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.

- Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 1-month notice period will be preferred.
