Hr Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary within the approved budget and manage offer rollouts.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Support employee engagement and HR administrative activities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
