HR & Operations Executive Recruitment & HR Operations

We are looking for a hands-on HR & Operations Executive who can independently manage recruitment coordination, candidate databases, employee records, onboarding, HR MIS, training coordination and employee engagement activities.

Experience: 1 to 4 Years | Type: Full-time | Reporting to: Founder

Work mode: Hybrid

Salary 2.4 to 3.25 LPA per year

1. Own recruitment operations manage recruiter submissions, candidate database, interview coordination, follow-ups, and hiring status.
2. Handle internal recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling, and maintaining the candidate pipeline.
3. Maintain Employee Master — employee records, joining documentation, attendance, leave, probation, and exit records.
4. Manage onboarding — ensure all joining formalities and documentation are completed on time.
5. Manage HR MIS — headcount, recruitment pipeline, joiners/exits, attendance, training, and employee data.
6. Coordinate training & employee engagement — training calendars, birthdays, anniversaries, and HR events.
7. Build HR processes — create and maintain structured trackers, templates, documentation, and HR systems.
8. Must Have: 1–4 years of hands-on experience in HR, Recruitment & HR Operations.
9. Must Have: Strong Excel/Google Sheets, data management, MIS, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
10. Ideal Candidate: Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to take complete ownership with minimal supervision.
