Hotel Operations Manager
- Manage daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping & F&B.
- Ensure excellent guest service and smooth departmental coordination.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor staff performance, service standards and operational costs.
- Lead, train and motivate hotel teams.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards.
Requirements: Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management with 5+ years of hotel operations experience and strong leadership & communication skills.
