Home Loan Sales Officer

CRITICAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (READ BEFORE APPLYING)

• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 1 Year of solid, proven experience strictly in Home Loans / Mortgages. (Candidates from Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Car Loans, Insurance, or General Banking will be automatically rejected. Do NOT apply without core Home Loan experience.)
• Gender: Male candidates only (Due to intensive field operations).
• Vehicle Requirement: Must own a 2-Wheeler (Bike) with a valid Driving License.
• Lead Generation: NO DATA OR LEADS WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY. 100% self-lead generation via field market sourcing.

• Role & responsibilities

• 100% Field Work & Self-Sourcing: Generate your own leads through local territory mapping, cold knocking, builder tie-ups, real estate agents, and local networks.
• Channel Partner Sourcing: Build and expand a strong network of local DSAs, real estate brokers, and contractors for continuous home loan referrals.
• Client Visits & Processing: Travel across assigned locations to meet prospective clients, check eligibility, collect legal/financial documents, and initiate file processing.
• End-to-End Closing: Coordinate with underwriting, legal, and technical sanctioning teams to ensure smooth disbursement of the loan file.
• Target Achievement: Consistently deliver monthly sales volume targets set by management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Inter is fine

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3+ years in Home Loan / Mortgage Sourcing.
• Strong hold on local geography, builder networks, and market sourcing techniques.
• Deep understanding of home loan eligibility calculations, property documents, and KYC requirements.
• Aggressive sales mindset, high endurance for daily field activity, and negotiation skills.

• Fixed salary range between 6,000,000 8,000,000 PA (based on past target track record and interview performance).
