About the Role


Paisabazaar is looking for dynamic and high-performing Regional Sales Managers with extensive

experience exclusively in the Prime Home Loan segment. The candidate will be responsible for

driving business through open market sourcing channels, managing large sales teams, and building

strong relationships with connectors, DSAs, builders, and developers to achieve aggressive

disbursement targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Prime Home Loan business through open market lead generation and sourcing channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with connectors, DSAs, builders, developers, and other

strategic partners to generate quality business.

  • Achieve a minimum monthly home loan disbursement of 100 Crore.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to achieve business objectives and productivity

targets.

  • Identify new market opportunities and strengthen the organisation's presence across the assigned

region.

  • Monitor team performance, sales funnel, and business metrics to drive consistent growth.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer on boarding, sanction, and

disbursement processes.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Provide regular business updates, forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 68 years of experience exclusively in the Prime Home Loan segment (Mandatory).
  • Strong experience in open market sourcing and lead generation.
  • Established network of connectors, DSAs, builders, and developers for business acquisition.
  • Proven track record of achieving a minimum monthly disbursement of 100 Crore.
  • Prior experience in handling and leading sales teams.
  • Excellent leadership, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and business development capabilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Candidates currently working with Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech organizations in the Prime Home

Loan business.

  • Strong understanding of regional real estate markets and channel partner ecosystems.
  • Result-oriented professionals with a proven ability to scale business through open market

channels and strategic partnerships.
