Role Overview

As a UK Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring for blue-collar and non-IT roles in the UK market. You will work closely with clients and candidates, ensuring timely and quality placements while navigating the unique challenges of the UK labor market.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles such as machine operators, warehouse staff, assemblers, and technicians.
  
• Source and manage candidates through various channels, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
  
• Ensure compliance and quality in high-volume recruitment processes.
  
• Adapt to changing client requirements and market conditions.
  

Experience & Skills Required

• 1- 4 years of proven experience in Non-IT recruitment (preferably for UK/US/EU markets).
  
• Strong track record in hiring (manufacturing, warehouse, operators, technicians, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with recruitment challenges and regional labor trends in the UK market.
  
• Understanding of manufacturing recruitment processes and role-specific skill sets.
  
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment while ensuring quality and compliance.
  
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
