Business Development Executive B2B Sales

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to generate new business, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Target Clients
Builders, Schools, Clubs, Malls, Public Parks, PSU Companies, Resorts, Architects, Landscape Companies, and other institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet clients through sales visits and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and exhibitions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain sales records and regularly update sales reports.
- Attend exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in institutional, construction, landscaping, playground, outdoor equipment, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
