Head -Supply Chain (Purchase/Procurement)

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing system like lean planning and lean procurement.
Sound knowledge of latest system (Just in Time, TQM, Kanbann, Six sigma) for material planning & procurement.
Strategic sourcing of material.
Knowledge of manufacturing Cost Estimation, Fabricated & machine component then costing.
Sound techno commercial acumen.
Well versed with machining process and technique preferably from machine building industries.
Vendor development and vendor rating.
Alternative source / Subassembly level of development .
Leadership Quality.
Good negotiation skill.
Good knowledge in Cost Estimation & Fabricated item.
Good communicator with good writing and presentation skills.
Knowledge of SAP is preferable.
