  • Coordination with shipping lines, CHAs, freight forwarders and overseas suppliers.

  • Secondary distribution to distributors, modern trade and institutional

customers.

  • Identification of slow-moving, ageing and near-expiry inventory.
  • Proactive liquidation plans with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams.

  • Continuous improvement in logistics cost per tonne/case and inventory carrying cost.

8. Vendor and 3PL Governance

  • Strong management of transporters, warehouse operators, CHAs and freight partners.
  • Clear SLAs, performance scorecards, audits and commercial controls.

9. Systems and Analytics Orientation

  • Strong ERP/WMS/TMS capability.
  • Visibility dashboards covering inventory ageing, OTIF, fill rate, freight cost, damages and near-expiry stock.

10. Execution Leadership

  • Hands-on, commercially sharp and capable of managing operational disruption.
  • Strong follow-through across Procurement, Sales, Finance, Quality and external partners.
