Head Logistics & Warehouse

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and last-mile delivery.
• Help manage and analyze procurement,planning, scheduling, and inventory, shipping and receiving and deliveringproducts to customers
• Design and implement cost-effective logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Manage and negotiate with transporters, 3PL partners, and vendors for optimal service and pricing
• Manage all planning and schedulingactivities of international and domestic supply chain.
• Work with suppliers and enhancesupplier and procurement processes and relationships.Drive process improvements, automation, and digital transformation in logistics operations
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations & inventory control systems.
• Track all KPIs and present to theteam on a regular basis

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have exp. in SAP WMS/MM/SD
• Safety-conscious and disciplined approach to logistics.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations in dynamic environments.Highly organized and responsive to changing site needs.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
