Job Description
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware issues related to CCTV/VIZO361 edge devices.
- Ensure seamless hardware operations across customer deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related problems on on-prem servers and POS terminals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to identify and implement solutions for hardware issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation of hardware configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance technical skills and expertise.
