Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT infrastructure endpoints and network devices. To ensures high availability, security, and performance of desktops, laptops, network devices, Wi-Fi infrastructure, surveillance systems, Firewall and related IT assets.

Requirements

Windows administration and troubleshooting.
Desktop and laptop hardware maintenance.
Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, Routing, and Switching.
Firewall administration and VPN management.
Wi-Fi network management and troubleshooting.
CCTV, NVR/DVR, and surveillance system administration.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365
Basic understanding of cybersecurity
