We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support strategic financial planning.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to manage the company's financial planning, accounting, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and have hands-on experience in managing finance functions within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Monitor company expenses and recommend cost optimization strategies.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions are accurate.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and tax payments.
• Support management with financial planning and business decision-making.
• Implement and improve financial controls and internal processes.
• Assist in fundraising, financial due diligence, and investment-related activities when required.

Required Qualifications

• M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Minimum 58 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and Companies Act compliances.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
