Graphical Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Create high-quality, creative designs for multiple client brands under Social Connexions.
• Design monthly Instagram posts, stories, carousels, campaign creatives and digital advertisements.
• Develop logos, brand identities, brand guidelines and visual concepts from scratch.
• Create packaging designs, menus, brochures, flyers, presentations and other marketing collateral.
• Develop fresh creative concepts rather than relying solely on templates.
• Understand each clients brand identity and maintain visual consistency across all designs.
• Work across multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Translate client briefs and marketing ideas into strong, visually engaging concepts.
• Coordinate with the marketing and content team to develop campaign creatives.
• Handle design revisions and client feedback efficiently.
• Prepare final artwork in the correct formats and dimensions for both digital and print use.
• Stay updated with current design, branding and social media trends.
• Bring a strong creative eye for typography, layouts, colour, composition and overall brand aesthetics.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from initial concept through to final delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a creative or digital marketing agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding, logo and packaging design
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; Canva is an advantage
• Strong creative thinking with an excellent eye for typography, colour and composition
• Ability to create original concepts, not just template-based designs
• Comfortable handling multiple brands and projects simultaneously
• Able to understand briefs and turn ideas into strong visual concepts
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work within deadlines
