CTC - Upto 4.2 LPA

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching social media posts for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, tailored to each platforms unique style and audience.
• Develop promotional posters and canopy designs in soft copy, utilizing engaging images, festive themes, and brand-aligned visuals.
• Create short videos and reels for social media using AI tools and CorelDRAW, ensuring content is dynamic and trend-driven.
• Edit and position text effectively in various designs using Adobe Illustrator, maintaining clarity, hierarchy, and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design, social media, and digital marketing to ensure content remains current and competitive.
• Prepare print-ready files for both digital and print media, ensuring high-quality output and consistency across all materials.
• Adapt designs for multiple formats and dimensions, including square, portrait, and landscape layouts optimized for different platforms.
• Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), CorelDRAW, and AI- powered design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media posts, promotional posters, and video content.
• Experience in text editing, typography, and effective placement of copy within designs.
• Ability to create engaging visuals for festive occasions, campaigns, and product launches.
• Knowledge of current social media trends, platform specifications, and best practices for audience engagement.
• Creativity, originality, and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with print media design and preparing files for large-format printing is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or Industrial/ Product Design.
