Graphic Designer & Content Creator

Company Overview

We are a leading trading and manufacturing company dealing in robotics parts and equipment. As we continue to grow our brand presence, we are looking for a creative and organized individual to manage our complete social media operations.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

• Design and edit creative posts including festival posts, product posts, and promotional/campaign posts
• Shoot and edit product photos and videos at the Jambhe warehouse
• Create engaging reels, short videos, and graphics for various campaigns

Social Media Management & Planning

• Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Handle day-to-day posting, page management, and audience engagement across all platforms
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly

Cross-Team Coordination

• Coordinate with the R&D team to understand new products and technical features for content
• Coordinate with the Sales team to align content with promotional and business priorities
• Coordinate with the Shipping/Logistics team to capture dispatch, packaging, and operational content

Team Management

• Guide and manage an intern supporting video editing and graphic design tasks
• Ensure timely delivery of content as per the weekly content plan

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design and content creation (portfolio required)
• Hands-on skills in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/CapCut, Canva, or similar
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their content formats
• Basic photography/videography skills for product and on-site shoots
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with multiple internal teams
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and take ownership of the content calendar
• Willingness to travel between Baner office and Jambhe warehouse as per weekly plan

Preferred

• Prior experience in B2B, manufacturing, or industrial/technical product content
• Experience managing a small team or interns

Job Locations

• Primary Office: Baner
• Warehouse / Factory: Jambhe, PCMC (minimum 2 days per week for content shoot and product understanding)

Work Timings

Baner Office - 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Jambhe Warehouse - 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

(Note: Candidate must plan their weekly schedule to ensure at least 2 days at the Jambhe warehouse for shoots and product familiarization, and the remaining days at the Baner office. )
