Role Summary:
REI Systems is seeking a bright, creative, and passionate Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team. The ideal
candidate brings strong visual instincts, a strategic mindset, and a portfolio demonstrating excellence in marketing design,
typography, infographics, video, and digital media. This individual should also be a self-starter, time management and
have great attention to detail.
Our Creative Services team supports a wide range of initiatives including proposal efforts, presentations, marketing,
branding, internal communications and client-facing deliverables. We collaborate closely with stakeholders to bring
complex ideas to life through thoughtful, compelling design. If you enjoy solving visual challenges, working across
multiple mediums, and contributing to high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
We are open to hiring a mid-level or senior designer based on qualifications and portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Translate complex technical and conceptual content into clear, engaging graphics for proposals, client
presentations, and federal contract deliverables.
Design and produce a wide range of marketing and promotional assets across digital, print, and video, including
presentations, social media graphics, digital ads, printed collateral, flyers, posters, etc.
Conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns that run across multiple platforms and mediums while
aligning with business goals and brand standards.
Create, edit, and produce video and motion graphics for marketing, internal communications, and proposal efforts,
including editing pre-recorded footage and demos in Adobe Premiere and developing motion graphics in After
Effects.

Collaborate with other designers, various teams/departments, and stakeholders in strategic discussions to define
creative direction, capture the story or solution, and deliver effective design outcomes.
Present design concepts confidently to internal teams, leadership, and clients, and iteratively refine work based
on feedback.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy,
quality, and attention to detail.

Uphold and advocate for REI Systems brand identity and design best practices across all creative work.
Required Skills & Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Interactive Design, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:

Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
Premiere Pro

Experience with After Effects and motion graphics strongly preferred.
Proficiency in PowerPoint & Microsoft products.
Experience working on proposal teams, including:

Strong understanding of design process, best practices, and the ability to clearly justify creative decisions.
Excellent organizational, time management, and self-management skills.

Comfortable collaborating, communicating, and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
Must be able to work independently and perform your own quality checks.
