Graduate Engineer Trainee - Process

We are hiring Graduate Engineer Trainee in the Process Department under Manufacturing.

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday - WOs)
• Shift Timing: 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST

• Job Description:
• Participate in on-the-job training to understand departmental operations and processes.
• Gain practical knowledge in core areas such as production, quality, design, maintenance, or project management.
• Work closely with senior engineers and mentors to develop technical and problem-solving skills.
• Assist in day-to-day operations of the assigned department.
• Learn and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Understand and follow safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Support small-scale projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Contribute to the improvement of manufacturing processes, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
• Identify areas for improvement within processes and suggest practical solutions.
• Apply engineering principles to solve real-time production or design challenges.
• Participate in periodic evaluations to assess progress and identify further learning opportunities.
• Implement feedback from mentors and team leaders to improve performance.
• Good English communication skills
• Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical

• CTC: 3.0 Lakhs Per Annum
