• On-the-Job Training:
  
• Undergo structured technical and functional training.
  
• Rotate across departments (maintenance, production, quality, etc.) to understand plant operations.
  
• Support to Senior Engineers/Managers:
  
• Assist in daily operations and ongoing projects.
  
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and support process improvements.
  
• Project Execution:
  
• Take part in small-scale improvement or cost-saving projects.
  
• Learn to manage timelines, resources, and team collaboration.
  
• Learning SOPs & Standards:
  
• Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards.
  
• Familiarize with ISO, 5S, TPM, or other systems used in the company.
  
• Documentation & Reporting:
  
• Maintain logs, prepare daily production/maintenance reports.
  
• Track downtime, production yield, or other KPIs.
  
• Process Monitoring & Improvement:
  
• Observe process flow and recommend efficiency improvements.
  
• Involve in Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma activities if applicable.
  
• Safety & Compliance:
  
• Follow safety guidelines strictly.
  
• Report hazards or near-miss incidents.
