Role: Golang Developer (SDE II)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer (SDE II) to join our engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.
- Build and enhance APIs and microservices for supply chain applications.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing services.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture/design decisions.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and best engineering practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features within timelines.
Required Skills
- 3-6 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong programming experience in Golang (Go).
- Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and backend development.
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and error handling in Go.
- Familiarity with Git and software development lifecycle practices.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on Supply Chain, Procurement, Inwarding, Fulfilment, E-commerce, or Logistics platforms.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
