Job Description
Required Skills:- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain
- Experience in developing and integrating APIs (FastAPI, Flask, REST, GraphQL, gRPC)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques
- Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and model deployment pipelines
- Experience with vector databases- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for scalable AI deployment
- Understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as GPTs, CNN, RNN, k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc
- Strong knowledge of model orchestration tools like MLFlow or KubeFlow
- Exposure to Computer Vision will be a significant advantage
- Experience with setting up monitoring, observability and guardrails for GenerativeAI solutions- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:- Experience with fine-tuning open-source LLMs using LoRA, QLoRA, or PEFT
- Knowledge of data engineering, feature engineering, and NLP pipelines
- Prior experience working with multi-modal models (text-to-image, speech-to-text)
- Background in linguistics or computational linguistics
- Proven experience in the eCommerce or Banking domain, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience
