Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Full-Stack Web Developer who can independently handle both Frontend and Backend Development. The candidate should have strong practical experience in developing, maintaining and improving websites and web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, fast and user-friendly websites.
- Handle complete Frontend + Backend Development.
- Build modern and responsive user interfaces.
- Develop and manage backend functionality and databases.
- Create and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs.
- Work on websites, admin panels, dashboards and internal web applications.
- Troubleshoot bugs and resolve technical issues.
- Improve website speed, performance and security.
- Manage databases and ensure proper data handling.
- Write clean, structured and reusable code.
- Use Git/GitHub for source code management.
- Deploy and maintain web applications.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into functional web solutions.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within deadlines.
Required Technical Skills
Frontend: React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
Backend: Node.js, Express.js
Database: MySQL and/or MongoDB
Additional Skills: REST APIs, API Integration, Git/GitHub, Debugging & Troubleshooting
Educational Qualification
BCA / MCA / B.Tech / B.E. / Computer Science / IT or Equivalent Qualification
Note: Practical skills, coding knowledge and real project experience will be given priority over educational qualification.
Candidate Requirements
- Only candidates currently residing in Faridabad are eligible to apply.
- Candidates from outside Faridabad will not be considered.
- 2–4 years of practical experience in Web Development.
- Strong knowledge of both Frontend and Backend Development.
- Must have worked on live websites or web applications.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to handle assigned development tasks independently.
- Strong understanding of databases and API integration.
- Must be able to meet project deadlines.
- Candidates may be required to complete a practical coding/technical assessment during the interview process.
