Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Node.js, Next.js, and Laravel to join our growing engineering team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Node.js, Next.js, and Laravel

• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces

• Design and write efficient MySQL queries; assist in database schema design

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services

• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices

• Debug and resolve bugs/issues across the front-end and back-end

• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality

• Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and QA to deliver features on time

• Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in full stack development

Required Skills Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full stack development

• Working knowledge of Node.js and Next.js (React ecosystem)

• Hands-on experience with Laravel (PHP framework)

• Good understanding of MySQL writing queries, basic schema design

• Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs

• Solid understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Familiarity with version control (Git)

• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology

• Good problem-solving and debugging skills

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools/technologies

Good to Have

• Exposure to TypeScript

• Basic understanding of Docker or deployment processes

• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)

• Understanding of UI/UX basics

• Any personal/academic projects or open-source contributions using the above stack

• Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively
