Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and develop full stack web applications from concept through deployment
- Build modern front-end interfaces using React or similar frameworks
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs
- Participate in system architecture and technical design
- Work within a structured Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Collaborate with PMs to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Use LLM-powered development tools (Codex, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development
- Participate in code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes
- Help improve internal engineering processes and development workflows
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong experience with React or modern front-end frameworks
- Backend development experience (Node.js, Python, .NET, or similar)
- Experience building and deploying production software applications
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows
- Working knowledge of agile workstreams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on custom SaaS or internal enterprise software platforms
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Experience using AI development assistants (Codex, Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
- Experience integrating LLM or AI-driven features into applications
