JOB TITLE: Full Stack Dot Net Developer

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 4+ Years

LOCATION: Gurugram

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our BPS Custom Solutions team. This role will work across the entire software lifecycle, building modern applications. This developer should be comfortable owning projects from concept to production and collaborating closely with product and project management teams

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop full stack web applications from concept through deployment
• Build modern front-end interfaces using React or similar frameworks
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs
• Participate in system architecture and technical design
• Work within a structured Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Collaborate with PMs to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Use LLM-powered development tools (Codex, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development
• Participate in code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes
• Help improve internal engineering processes and development workflows
