Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect and plan development flows
- Auditing for performance, security, optimal coding, and best practices
- Plan development module architecture, and code integration
- Delegate integration responsibilities to junior developers
- Develope (code) primary modules (key modules at level-1 priority)
- Audit junior developers codes for performance, security, optimal coding, and best practices
- Support in integrating codes to production, maintenance, and change requests
- Research on trending practices, technologies, platforms, APIs, and any other relevant change that is deemed necessary
TECH SKILLS
- JS - ES6 programming
- React JS
- UReact Native (optional)
- Audit junior developer's codes for performance, security, optimal coding and best practices
- Node JS
- Express JS
- MongoDB
- Mongoose
- Https, Socket.io
- Web GL libraries (optional)
PERSONAL SKILLS
Required:
- Willing to learn and upgrade into new technologiess that are trending, required or best suited for a solution at hand
- Ready to take the bull by its horns when the going gets tough, like daunting deadlines, challenging technical demands or when the solution is not visible to naked eye
- Strong logical thinking
Good to have:
- Willing to learn and upgrade into webGL libraries for 3D integration
- Willing to learn and upgrade into video streaming systems
- Good command over communication, and capable of expressing and explaining oneself to junior developers, other team members and clients if required
- Gammer (DOTA score is huge plus)
- Bachelor's degree in electronics or computer science
PREFERRED
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Proficient in React JS
- Experience in problem solving
- Experienced in charting a sound logic for development
