MEVN/MERN Fullstack developer

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from rapid POCs/MVPs to production with a strong focus on quality, security, performance, and reliability leveraging the Azure ecosystem
• Design and build solutions: Node.js/Express/.NET APIs, Vue.js or React front-ends, MongoDB data models.
• Knowledge on relational database like SQL Server/PostgreSQL (T-SQL, schema design, performance tuning)
• Develop scalable REST/GraphQL APIs and reusable UI components; integrate third-party services.
• Implement CI/CD (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps); automated builds, tests (Jest/Cypress), and deployments.
• Containerize with Docker; deploy and operate in Azure and AWS; observability with Application Insights and CloudWatch.
• Ensure secure, high-quality code: linting/static analysis, performance tuning, and adherence to OWASP best practices.
• Rapidly deliver POCs/MVPs and iterate with stakeholders based on feedback and metrics.
• Use AI coding assistants (Copilot/Cursor) responsibly per org policy.
• Implement modern auth and SSO with OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect (PKCE), JWTs, and secure refresh-token rotation; primary SSO via Azure AD/Entra ID (Okta/Auth0/AWS Cognito a plus); enforce RBAC/ABAC and policy-based authorization across APIs and UI.
• Harden sessions and secrets: CSRF/CORS controls, secure cookies, MFA; manage secrets/certificates with Azure Key Vault and AWS Secrets Manager/SSM Parameter Store; enable audit logging and least-privilege access.

Must-have qualifications

• 5+ years full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js/Express and MongoDB (schema design, indexing, query optimization).
• Front-end expertise in Vue.js or React; TypeScript; state management (Vuex/Pinia/Redux).
• Production experience on Azure (App Service/Functions/AKS, Key Vault, Application Insights) and AWS (Lambda/ECS/EKS/S3, CloudWatch).
• Hands-on implementation of OAuth2/OIDC and SSO with Azure AD/Entra ID.
  Strong API design, CI/CD, Docker, Git, and automated testing practices.
