Freelance Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled Freelance Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience to work on their own terms, focusing on commission-based roles. The ideal candidate will have access to candidate databases and be able to manage recruitment processes independently.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Utilize candidate databases to identify potential candidates and build relationships with them.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for each role.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
