Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities within the organization's insurance operations.
- Analyze data and evidence to identify patterns and trends indicative of fraudulent behavior.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including claims handlers, underwriters, and legal teams to develop strategies for preventing future instances of fraud.
- Develop and maintain effective processes for detecting, reporting, and mitigating fraud risks.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in claims management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fraud investigation techniques and principles.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to identify patterns and anomalies.
- Experience working with insurance industry software systems.
