Forward Deployed AI Engineer
Role Overview
We are looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer who can bridge business needs and AI engineering. The role involves understanding business processes, identifying AI/automation opportunities, and building or leading teams to develop practical AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and requirements.
Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI, automation, and AI agents.
Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered solutions.
Build or lead development of AI agents and automation workflows.
Integrate LLMs, APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and automation platforms.
Evaluate solutions based on accuracy, scalability, and business impact.
Work closely with Python/n8n/AI engineering teams and provide technical direction.
Required Skills
Strong Python and API integration experience.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and automation.
Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, databases, and system integrations.
Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
Education & Experience
2 - 3 years of relevant professional experience in AI Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 7.5 CGPA or equivalent academic performance.
Good to Have
Experience with OpenAI, Azure AI, DeepSeek, RAG, or vector databases.
Experience with OCR/document processing and enterprise platforms such as SAP.
Experience leading AI/automation projects or engineering teams.
