Job Summary
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the footwear floor, ensuring sales achievement, product availability, effective merchandising, customer satisfaction, and smooth team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily footwear floor operations and staff performance.
- Drive sales and achieve department targets.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and stock availability.
- Monitor inventory, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Assist customers and ensure excellent shopping experience.
- Train, guide, and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor shrinkage and ensure compliance with store SOPs.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments for stock replenishment.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, Interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and extended hours if required.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in footwear retail, fashion retail, department stores, or organized retail.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or floor management role is preferred.
