Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and achieve business targets.
- Manage end-to-end store operations.
- Lead and motivate Brand Promoters & Technical Experts.
- Ensure excellent customer experience.
- Handle inventory, cash, and store compliance.
- Monitor mobile buyback, refurbished device sales, and accessories.
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain SOPs.
- Coordinate with ASM and support functions for smooth operations.
