Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage gym operations, including staff supervision, training, and scheduling.
  
• Develop and implement effective fitness programs for clients.
  
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment to prevent accidents.
  
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and sales data.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client complaints promptly.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in a similar role within the fitness industry (gym management).
  
• Strong knowledge of exercise science principles and techniques.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate clients towards their goals.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
