Wellness Consultant with Sales Background

• Engage with potential clients through Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and other inbound channels to understand their health concerns and requirements.
• Qualify leads based on their needs, intent, suitability, and readiness to take the next step.
• Build rapport and establish trust through professional, empathetic, and effective communication.
• Conduct thorough consultations to identify areas of improvement and provide personalized recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, pre-sales, tele-sales, business development, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, nutrition, fitness, health-tech, diagnostics, or service-based industries is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Strong consultative selling, lead qualification, objection handling, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Comfortable handling sales conversations through Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other digital channels.
• Basic understanding of nutrition, wellness, preventive healthcare, and healthy lifestyle principles is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, spreadsheets, and lead management systems, along with basic analytical skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and accountable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
