Finishing Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day finishing activities and ensure timely completion of the project while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all finishing activities including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, joinery, and interior works.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project engineers for smooth execution.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor labour productivity and daily site progress.
• Conduct quality inspections and rectify execution issues.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and safety regulations.
• Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate material requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
• 58 years of experience in residential or commercial finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, quality standards, and site execution.
• Good communication and team management skills.
