Job Description
Ensure finishing activities align with design specifications and quality standards
Supervise finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring (tiles, marble, wooden), false ceilings, and carpentry.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
Identify and rectify snags or defects before project handover.
Maintain progress reports and documentation for finishing activities.
To follow the SOP on QC for various activities
Coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless execution.
Manage quality control of finishing materials.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards .
Qualification :
Education:- BE/ B. Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 3 to 5
