Managing Credit Period of Vendors
Prepare and Executes SWIFT payment docs
Reconciling Invoices with Quotations before releasing payments
SPOC for all payment releases
Managing bank balances in various banks
Identifying working capital shortfalls and providing solutions to cover up
Preparing various MIS based on monthly financials
Quarterly internal audit and finalisation of accounts
Finalisation of Annual Financials and coordination with CA
Statutory compliances - GST, TDS, Advance Tax, etc
Coordination with bank for any documentation and formalities
Maintaining company documents, contracts, bank statements

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in Cash Flow Planning, Commercial Finance, Budgeting & Financial Control
- Start-up experience would be an added advantage
- Excellent internal external stakeholder management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical skills
- Good proficiency with Excel including Pivot Tables
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Must be a qualified CA
