Job Description

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial health and sustainability of the organisation by managing financial planning, monitoring, and reporting. They will ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage budgets, and support strategic decision-making to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Financial Planning: ? Report to the Chief Financial Officer, and support them in developing financial indicators for the Group ? Track key organizational financial performance and report indicators to the CFO and the Board ? Develop and track budget for group, and group entities ? Support the Vice Presidents in preparing and tracking prepare programmatic annual budgets, pipelines, and forecasts. ? Develop financial projections for group initiatives based on inputs from VPs and CFO ? Monitor budget utilization and provide variance analysis for projects
  • Accounting & Reporting: ? Support the Chief Accountant in their monitoring of group accounts ? Oversee junior accounts and support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records. ? Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. ? Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliances & Audit: Page 1 of 2 ? Support CFO in documenting compliance with FCRA, CSR, Companies Act, 80G, GST, incomes Tax and related obligations ? Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits.

Qualifications & Skills: ? Bachelor?s or master?s degree in management, with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, preferred ? Proven experience (10-12 years) in accounting or finance with at-least 5 years of experience in financial management. ? Strong understanding of regulations, with an emphasis on FCRA, CSR, Companies Act, Section 80G, GST, and Income Tax law for companies   ? Proficiency in financial software and tools ? particularly Tally and Excel ? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Strong communication and presentation skills.
