Finance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
  
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and internal controls to maintain transparency and integrity of financial data.
  
• Develop and implement effective cost management strategies to optimize resource allocation.
  
• Provide timely MIS reports to stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in finance & accounts role with a focus on manufacturing industry.
  
• M.Com degree from any specialization; CA qualification preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong knowledge of AS, Tally ERP9 software proficiency required. Experience in inventory valuation methods an added advantage.
